TuiBux announced today that they will be launching on July 5th. The announcement can be read here. I'm not sure about this site. They plan on resetting all balances to zero once the site is launched, which is normal for a Bux site. What bothers me is that they're currently running real, paid for ads. So who pockets that money when the site launches? Ah yes, the admin(s)... That's a big no no and screams potential scam site to me. So we'll see.

PayPal already unfroze BuxWiz's account. That was fast, maybe PayPal is learning. BuxWiz also announced today that cashouts are instant for all members as of now (was only for Magicians before while they tested/debugged the system).
